I’m Jeff Kauffman and I have been creating B2B marketing content for some of the biggest names in tech for more than 25 years.

Between full-time positions I’ve been Qwerty Video, offering services as a freelance writer and producer working to help businesses tell their unique stories.

Most recently, I was at Juniper Networks on a Performance Marketing creative content development team. Assigned to an industry-focused squad, I collaborated with marketing professionals in Juniper’s healthcare, retail, education, government, and sustainability verticals.

Prior to Juniper, I held a position at NetApp, as the primary customer reference writer and support writer for GTM content, including event support and social media.

Prior to NetApp, I had a long stint from 2010 to 2019 at IBM as customer reference writer and video producer for every IBM business unit, across every industry. I produced a broad range of styles of videos for customer references, event support, and GTM campaigns.

A few years of working at the big time advertising agency Ogilvy/Leopard gave me experience writing all kinds of marketing materials for Fortune 500 clients like Symbol, SAP, and IBM.

From my education in journalism, he learned how to channel curiosity into storytelling. An abbreviated career in newspapers led to writing technology stories for customers of computer resellers and systems integrators for a small marketing firm.
