Juniper Networks Industry Squad

Acquisition and AI Change the Storytelling Game

I joined Juniper Networks in February 2024 on the day they announced an acquisition by HPE. My short tenure (first in, first out) was marked by a ton of work for a cross-industry squad. Full website rewrites, webinars, ebooks, and editing support for the ever-present customer case studies, were just a few of the accomplishments.

I saw first-hand how generative AI is completely changing how IT content is researched, created, and distributed to channels. Striking a balance between speed, accuracy, and value to both readers and the business will be the key to using AI well.

I’m proud to have created hundreds of deliverables at Juniper Networks during an amazing transformative time for both IT networking and IT marcomm. Below are just a few of the publicly-available assets created.

NetApp Customer Success Stories

Ah, COVID Times

From 2019 till late 2022 I was part of a internal agency at NetApp, the network storage vendor, working primarily on a small team creating customer references. Cloud was super hot, budgets for travel were super cold and we had a backlog of print and digital references to clear out. I also supported other copy-heavy campaigns, web site and social media.

IBM Digital Video Reel

I became a full time producer for IBM back in 2015 and worked on hundreds of projects until late 2019.

This reel represents just a small sample of these works. They include animations, talking heads, live streaming, b-roll heavy pieces and presentations. Each work provided an opportunity to deliver a message. I’m proud of the variety here and know that my expertise in video production for business communication can help your business, too.
